Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in developing new engaging campaigns and strategies to drive business and increase revenue to each of our restaurants and bars. He/she will be involved in creating promotional events, compelling content for social media, assist in off-site and on premise marketing campaigns and special events. The ideal candidate should have created and executed various campaigns from inception through completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies with the Director of Operations and The Executive Teams

  • Gather and analyze customer behavior data to report to operations teams to improve and build upon services and quality of product

  • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics to monitor sales and operation efficiencies and challenges

  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events

  • Create and implement social media strategy to pioneer campaign

  • Compile forecasting reports and calendars in order to proactively plan various initiatives

  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods to maintain competitiveness in the market

  • Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals

  • Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams for creation of online and in store material

  • Assist in creation of SEO, content, and design strategies

  • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

  • Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership to prepare for upcoming initiatives
